Paying for your Tour
In order to reserve a place on a tour it is necessary to pay a deposit. We cannot guarantee you a place unless this deposit is paid. The final balance should be paid 4 weeks before departure and certainly no later than two weeks before departure. Failure to do so will, unfortunately, mean the forfeit of your deposit and your place on the tour. A full refund of your deposit is available up until 4 weeks before departure. Deposits
You can pay by Credit/Debit Card through PayPal by following the links below, or by cheque or cash, or we can invoice you through PayPal.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to complete the transaction. If you have any questions please contact us.
The deposit payable for all tours, except the Greece and the East, World Tours, Luxury Tours and Custom Tours is £50 for a single rider and £75 for rider plus pillion.
The deposit for the Greece and the East Tour is £75 for a single and £100 for rider plus pillion.
Deposits for World, Luxury and Custom Tours is calculated according to the tours final cost and through discussion with you.
